So I had a dope Saturday chilling with Ang and C at the mall and when we sat down for a coffee we ALL busted out our BlackBerrys in motion. Officially nicknamed "CrackBerry", it sure can get addicting. With a length of time to spend or even a minute, I'm on my BB, checking my blog, my emails, my Facebook, my blackberry texts, it's crazy! Here's how to slowly ease off your BlackBerry addiction. For all you CrackBerry addicts out there....Peep This:-Calculate how much time you spend on your BlackBerry. Be honest. If your BB distracts you from simple things like eating, walking, getting dressed....ease up
-Ask your family and friends when your BlackBerry use bothers them most
-Set One hour a day and turn off your BlackBerry
-Give your phone number to people who need it. This will help you break your addiction
-We know you all have important business to do on your BB, but don't forget your loved ones in front of you!
Enjoy your BlackBerry, but don't forget to enjoy Life!
