A WORD ABOUT DIETS:If you're alive and a woman, chances are you have been on, are on or at some point will go on a diet. This is a bad thing if you can't remember the last time you were on a diet. This is a good thing if you can remember that every so often you need to pay attention to the quality and quantity of what you're eating. We've all been through it, and for some it's easier than others.
It's totally unrealistic to hope to look like a lingerie model (most lingerie models don't look like models without some airbrushing). In a world with countless fad diets, it's best to sometimes just stop eating the junk, start eating the healthy and stay active. Yes much easier said than done.
I picked up a few tips throughout my years:
SURE-FIRE SIGNS YOUR DIET WILL FAIL:
-you're allowed to eat bacon
-you're allowed to eat brie
-you lose more than two pounds per week
-you can't eat carbs, EVER
-you're not preparing any of your own food
SURE-FIRE SIGNS YOUR DIET WILL SUCCEED:
-you lose weight slowly and steadily
-you eat everything in the proper portions
-you don't dream about food all day
-you're eating balanced meals
-you're excercising
