If you love chocolate like I do, you'll love this. As I've mentioned in a previous post, dark chocolate is a health benefit, in moderation. In more detail, dark chocolate is good for you because it has plant phenols, cocoa phenols to be exact. These compounds are known to lower blood pressure. Dark chocolate also has Flavanoids, which are naturally-occuring compounds found in plant based foods recognized as exuding health benefits.
