
Peep this and take note:
1. Take Responsibility- you must take 100% responsibility for your life, both failures and fabulousness, each decision you make ask yourself... "Is this healing or hurting me?"
2. Keep Expectations in check- the simple truth is, some expectations can lead to disappointment, make sure you keep things realistic
3. Practice Happiness- most people don't notice when negativity crosses their mind, take time in your daily routine to say positive things to yourself and practice being happy.
