Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps has been in some hot water for smoking pot recently. He was recently photographed with a bong and he has apologized and said he engaged in some "immature and silly behavior and was setting a poor example for his fans and followers." Now because he has a famous name will he get away without a charge or does he have to pay?Let me know what you think......
