Did you know that February 9-15 is Random Acts of Kindness Week? A Random Act of Kindness is a selfless act performed by a person wishing to either assist or cheer up an individual. This week should just be a kick start to Random Acts of Kindness everyday. Some acts of kindness that are SO simple could be hold the door open for someone, let an elderly person go in front of you in a line-up, help a neighbor with shoveling snow if you live in a cold province/state, or if you trust someone, lend them something they need to help them.
Random Acts of Kindness go a LONG way and if you believe in karma, these acts will come back to you one day.
