DAILY DOSE....


Exercise your mind and spirit as much as you exercise your body. Here's how:


-Open your ears to hear sounds, not just words....sounds (have you ever thought of that?)
-Close your eyes for one minute throughout your day
-Breathe deep when you're feeling stressed
-Say a prayer or make up a prayer between you and your God
-Make jokes
-Focus on happy thoughts
-Make sure you know life isn't perfect
-Forgive easily, laugh uncontrollably and smile at someone in the coffee shop
-Stay focused, positive and always remember, the light is there waiting for you
