I CALL IT THE FROCOCO:
Try this sometime, it's amazing!
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz brandy
1 oz dark crème de cacao
1 oz Piña Colada Mix
Scoop vanilla ice cream
PREPARATION:
Blend until smooth. Add a splash of milk if the mixture is too thick. Pour into a daiquiri glass and garnish with whipped cream and a dusting of nutmeg and chocolate shavings if you like.
