GET YOUR SKIN READY FOR SPRING!


Here are a few tips to get your "glow" back for the spring and summer:

1. Exfoliate and always clean your skin

2. Take off your makeup before bed

3. Drink 8-10 glasses of water/per day

4. Use a lighter moisturizer for the spring and a night moisturizer

5. For healthy skin, working out 30 minutes per day is great

6. Eat fresh fruits and veggies


And always use an SPF!
