An easy way to save money on your weekly household budget is to take your lunch with you to work. It's incredible how fast the bill can add up when you eat out every work day. Although it does take some pre-planning when it comes to grocery shopping, as well as taking time in the evening to get it ready if you want to avoid a morning scramble, you're more apt to make good eating choices by pre-selecting your lunch.
Some examples for easy lunches:
1. Leftovers from the night before: pasta, chicken, things you can heat up
2. Prepackaged foods you can microwave
3. Prepare snacks as well such as fruit, nuts, cheese sticks, veggies, all healthy ones!
