WORST DRESSED
I managed to see some of the worst dressed at the 2009 Oscars. I was surprised to see Beyonce as worst dressed. She is usually always on point! Jessica Biel had a really unflattering dress for a girl with such a great figure! And as for Miley Cyrus, what can I say, didn't like the dress at ALL!
