HEALTHY EATING


So spring is almost here and before you know it, summer is upon us! We all want to look good and feel good, so here are some tips to eat healthy:

-Start your day with breakfast
-Get Moving for 30 Minutes Daily
-Eat Plenty Fruit and Grains
-Snack Smart- almonds, veggies, yogurt
-Balance food choices
-Work up a sweat at least three times per week
-Make healthy choices, and treat yourself to one small treat daily


Don't deprive yourself, just remember: MODERATION
