Here are 5 ways to deal with Money Stress:
1) Get Hypnotized- For years people have turned to hypnosis for quitting smoking or losing weight, but this technique is becoming popular among financial stresses. Hypnosis is similar to meditation. While it may not make your richer, it will make you feel better and be in control of the money you DO have.
2) Treat Yourself- To reduce financial stress set a weekly budget for each day and also set some rewards. Small rewards, but meaningful ones. This will make you want to stay within your budget more because you look forward to those rewards.
3) Give a friend a Manicure or vice versa- Sometimes it's nice to share primping with a friend and save money!
4) Read a Book- Sometimes it's OK to just stay home and read. It relaxes the mind and can take some pressures off of finances
5) See the Big Picture- We all can give up and become negative, but always remember, there is light at the end of the tunnel, stay focused!
