Anyone who knows me, knows RitzyNina loves Starbucks!

I hear quotes, questions and comments about Starbucks all the time. Why is it so expensive? Why is it so bitter? What should I order when I'm there?

Why is Starbucks coffee so expensive?

In one word: quality.  You are paying for some of the most high quality coffee from all over the world, not to mention all the hard work being put into roasting the beans for that perfect cup of Starbucks coffee.

Why is Starbucks coffee so bitter?

This all depends on what you pair it with. Every one of their coffees perfectly pairs with one of their pastries or one of their syrups.

Ask the barista, and they will tell you what perfectly pairs together for the coffee brewing that day.
