INAUGURATION DAY: JANUARY 20, 2009

A schedule of official activities surrounding president-elect Barack Obama's inauguration day.

Obama and vice president-elect Joe Biden attend a morning service at St. John's Episcopal Church. Obama and his wife, Michelle go on to have coffee at the White House with President George W. Bush and his wife Laura .

The inaugural festivities are set to start at 10am on the West Front of the U.S. Capitol.

They will include:

-Musical Selections by the United States

-Marine Band followed by the San Francisco Boys Chorus and the San  Francisco Girls Chorus

-Sen. Diane Feinstein provides call to order and welcoming remarks

-Musical selection of Aretha Franklin

-Biden will be sworn into office by Supreme Court Justice

-Obama will take the Oath of Office using President Lincoln's Inaugural  Bible 

-Obama gives the inaugural address

-Poems by Elizabth Alexander

 Later Tuesday, the Presidential Inaugural Committee will host 10 Inaugural  Balls
